Where in PowerSchool do you designate a student Special Education (has an IEP or 504)?

If the district is using a PowerSchool Enrollment solution such as Enrollment Express or Enrollment, the student should be marked as IEP or 504 in this product then it will be updated in PowerSchool SIS.  If the student was not marked during the Enrollment process, it'll need to be done directly in SIS.  You should be able to work with the school or district administrators to designate a student as IEP or 504 within PowerSchool.

Can you tell me where in SIS can I manually update a student to a 504 or IEP, it was not done in the enrollment.

Good Afternoon. Were you able to locate where you designate someone SPED or 504. Here is where:

Bring up the student. Click on the students name. Down the left hand side where all the categories are go to compliance and Nexus: Nexus is where you designate SPED. If just 504 go to compliance and select General Information and scroll down to where you see 504plan. Hope this helps.
