Enhancements
- Customer Education Page: We have added new flyers on the Customer Education page to provide all the information to the customers that they need to get started. Visit the Customer Education page
- Welcome Email for New Users: We have updated our welcome email to provide a guide on how to get the most out of our community.
- Updated Quick Link Permission: We have updated the quick links on the home page to meet the needs of the new products. Users will see the quick links that apply to their accounts.
- Password Reset Email: We have added a message to the email to meet the needs of the new products.
- Access Denied Message: An update has been made on the access denied message in the community to meet the needs of the new products.
- Professional Learning Chat Hours: We have updated the chat and phone hours for Professional Learning to 5 AM – 5 PM PST to align with other Unified Talent Products.
