Hello, everyone!
Does anyone have a way to contact a live human being who can answer questions about my product renewal? For the last couple of years, I have been assigned a rep that never responds to my emails. I've gone so far as to put in the tech tickets just to get someone to respond to me. Calling the main line never reaches a human being.
