Hello, my name is Leon with Laton Unified School District. We are experiencing issues with accessing the PowerSchool Subs link for our Substitute Teachers to access and view their rosters for the classes they are subbing for. Could you please assist with this?
We recommend making sure that this feature is enabled by navigating to Start Page > System Setup > System Settings > Security > Enable Substitute Teacher Sign In. Please review this document: substitute-sign-in-permissions for more information.
If it is enabled and still facing issues then we recommend reaching out to the Technical Support Contact of your district who should be able to connect with the PowerSchool SIS Support Team on your behalf for further troubleshooting
