I am writing to request assistance regarding my application with the Washoe County School District. I previously applied about six months ago and was informed that international applications were not being accepted at that time. Recently, I attempted to reapply using the link shared during our Zoom meeting; however, I was unable to proceed because the system indicates that my personal information already exists in their database.
I have already contacted WCSD Talent Solutions, but they were unable to locate my account and advised me to reach out to PowerSchool Support.
In this regard, may I kindly seek your guidance on how I may recover my account or proceed with updating my application so I can resubmit the required documents? I remain very interested in continuing my application.
