Recently I was on the PS app and it was really slow to load for a long period of time so I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it required me to re-enter my log-in info. I was surprised to find that the log-in info that I was almost certain was correct kept making error messages pop up.
I’m wondering if the login info for PS requires some additional letters or numbers or something like that, that would be different than the passwords or usernames I usually use.
Not sure if anyone here can help me, but thought I’d give it a try!
