Parent login Powerschool issue

My name is Juliane Jelonek  from  AIS Salzburg (Austria).We are facing issues and still have a few parents not being able to log onto their children PS accounts or failing setting it up. I'll attach all screenshots and email correspondence. We don't know how to solve this error. Could you have a look through the attachment and try to find a solution? Our academic school year started 3 month ago and some parents still cant access their children's grades (as we are a boarding school).Here some parent emails:

 

"Good morning, Mrs Jelonek,

I understand, I need to set up an account. We already tried this at the beginning of the year, but unfortunately, a verification email never arrived. I have now tried to set up a different new account with a new email address, and so far, no email for confirmation or verification has arrived. That seems to be where the problem lies."

"Good morning, Ms. Jelonek,


I just wanted to inform you that I still haven’t received a confirmation email after registering for powerschool. We tried with two different email addresses, but nothing has arrived — not even in the spam folder."

This is likely a server-side email delivery issue (school/Powerschool side) or a strict parent email filter. The solution usually involves the school's IT/Powerschool admin checking email logs, whitelisting the sender domain, or manually confirming the parent accounts.
