Login Issues

I work at a school and I have many parents and students who are having issues logging into their powerschool. I've talked to our IT person and she said there's nothing that she can do on her end. She says this is a powerschool issue. We've used the different login user names and passwords provided by the district but nothing seems to be working. Some parents have tried resetting their passwords and have requested a reset link however this is never sent to their email even after verifying all information is correct.
