Need help with new account and adding kid

Hello. I just created an account for schoology. The directions say to click on arrow next to your name and add your child. The problem is, my name doesn't show in upper right corner and there is no down arrow. Did I do something wrong when I registered?

Sorry. I logged into schoology and it says my email is not associated with delaware valley school. Does anyone know how I can associate my email to the school district?

Hi @Zokali,

Parents must have an account at each of their children's schools. For example, if you have one child at a high school in one district, and another child at a middle school in a different district, you must have accounts at both districts and link your accounts together. I recommend reaching out to the Schoology support contacts or the administrators in your child's school district who will first need to make sure that your Schoology account is linked to their school and assist you further with this.
