When I go into the Atrieve web application, I want to do attendance management, specifically changing a record. When I change the record, it won't let me make additional edits or unauthorize the week. It says "Authorization and abs/rep entry is not allowed in this week while someone else is locking this record." How do I fix this? I am the one who is "locking the record", but I don't know how that happened, nor do I know how to unlock it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
