If a division receives documentation of a student's legal name being changed, what fields in PowerSchool SIS need to be updated with the changed name? I would presume it would just be last_name, first_name, and middle_name, and that in turn would update LastFirst, but I wasn't sure if I was missing any other fields.

I'm in TN, and we have a TN Student Information page. If any of the fields below have changed, we have to fill it in, and then send the student's record to the state database. Also, we update the student's demographic page.

As Nicole said, you will definitely want to make sure your State reporting requirements are met along with the basic fields in PowerSchool. I am in NY, so I don't know what Virginia needs on their end.
