How to change the background color for Powerschool SIS

Good afternoon!

 

I would like to change the banner color of our sandbox server as it is confusing for some developers in my district to determine which side they are on (I know its in the URL).  I would like a visual queue for the developers by changing its color.

 

I saw something about this in a customizations class, but it was not part of the course.  It was shown at the end of the class but I did not have time to write it all down.

 

Can anyone help me with this?  I assume its just a change to a CSS, but I have no idea where or which one to make the change in.
