Run a report of student requests for a specific section type

I am trying to find a report that will list which students signed up for which section type. I have multiple section types within one course and hundreds of students who signed up for 1 or more, which is fine. How can I locate which students signed up for which section type?

You may be able to export from DDE, ScheduleRequests table.
