Honor Roll

Hi, I am trying to run a honor roll report so that I can see who is an A and AB student for undergrad awards. I am wondering how I can do this. I have a spot under System Reports>Grades and Gradebook, but when I put the information in it tells me there isn't any students who meet the criteria, which I have several who do. How can I change the criteria to pull what I need. Thank you
