I am an administrator of schoology, but I'm unnable to open a ticket support for a course that lost all infomation. Could you please explain me how to get support over this situation?

Only technical contacts for your district can open a case with PowerSchool. This would be either your PowerSchool Admin or someone in your IT department. If you want the ability to create cases with PowerSchool your PowerSchool Admin/IT director will have to add you as a technical contact for Schoology.
