Gradebook

I am having trouble with my teachers being able to access the gradebook. It's telling them that the reporting terms are not set, but it is. I have set the reporting segments, but the teachers are getting this message.

Go to Setup>School>Final Grade/Reporting Terms Setup. This is where reporting terms are configured. 2022-2023 is for full-year courses, Semester 1 is for S1 courses, etc.

Reporting Terms are based on, but different than, Years & Terms.
