Google Drive access denied for a shared course

One of our staff members is having trouble accessing in-progress student Google Drive work via Schoology. When she tries to click on an assignment, it'll come up with a screen that says 'you need access'. We have tried multiple times to link her Google Drive to Schoology but every time we follow the steps listed on the knowledgebase and close and reopen the browser, Schoology acts like her account is not linked. Any ideas on what I'm missing here? This is a shared Schoology page that multiple teachers use but only the page creator can view in-progress work from Google Drive. Any ideas on what I may be missing? The Google Drive link shows a screenshot of the issue.

Hi @sklein1,

To resolve this you'll have to make sure that the teacher who created the Google document must go into their Google Drive and share the document/or those files with all the teachers co-teaching this course.

Additionally, I recommend reviewing these articles for more information.
