How do I make account for myself as a parent after I made my sons account
Parent Account Details
I am having issues with this website, where I setup account for myself the parent https://powerschool.dcpsmd.org/public/create_multi_student_account.html?
Link Students to Account
Enter the Access ID and Access Password for each student you wish to add to your Parent Account
I return my son's name his and his access id which I believe is his student ID and the I hit enter and I get
- An account with that email address already exists
- Michael has not been added to your account. Valid student information must be entered

Hi @hatfieldsamantha818 You can contact the school. I only say "District" because I have no idea what building people are talking about (most PowerSchool instances have multiple "buildings").
The Access ID and Password are on the Admin-side of PowerSchool.

You will need to contact your district; they can provide you with the correct Access ID and Access Password to link your son to your Portal account.
