I have to ask if anyone can help me find some resources. I am the Administrative Assistant for our transportation department. We have a problem every year with rollover. Is there a way to change all current students to the next grade level on the transportation page without hand entering all the data again as new entries. Currently every August I have to go through all of our students and create new transportation pages for their new grade. Some of these kids have been on the same bus all of their academic career and nothings changed accept their promoted grade level. There has to be a simpler way than going through every student in the districts file to see if they rode the bus and then update their transportation file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
