Why do I see "Code Only" when looking in the gradebook to post scores for a Discussion?

I have assigned students a Discussion activity. I have enabled grading. 

When I see the activity in the gradebook, instead of showing how much the grade counts, I see "Code Only." How can I correct this to show the grade?
