Customize Notifications

How can I customize an email notification? Doc says we cannot use dynamic text but surely there must be a way to add SOME content in here? There is no point in sending an email notifying staff that a student is enrolled if we can't include the student's basic info. Help? Just looking to create basic enrollment and withdrawal email notifications like {{studentLastFirst}} has been enrolled into {{studentHomeSchool}}, {{studentGradeLevel}}.

You can set up an in-app notification and those allow dynamic text.

Thanks - I am aware of the in-text option, I was hopeful to do it via email so staff do not miss it.

It is my understanding that because email is not secure there is not an option to show student PII.
