Customization - PowerLunch

Who do I contact within PS to create some customization for PowerLunch. We are working with MBA, but I thought there was something within in PS that we could look at small changes.

You can do it yourself if you have the know-how. I think the PowerSchool folks who charge for customizations are called "Keys to Ownership" or something like that.
