Calendar setup

I am wondering why we set our Calendar why the days are not being blocked out for this new year?

I have tried using NSR/ or our Classified Holidays but they still show open?

I believe you're asking how to make a day appear as "not in session" on a student's schedule. For any holidays or school improvement days in your calendar, clear out the Cycle Day and Bell Schedule, uncheck School In-Session, and set the Membership Value to 0. Doing this will ensure the student's schedule correctly reflects that school is not in session.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we are having trouble setting up the Calendar for our employees and Substitutes. It is not blocking out the days when a Holiday is entered or a No Sub Required day. This protects the employee from requesting time off on a non work day.

So you aren't actually asking about PowerSchool SIS? If you name the product you are asking about someone may be able to help you.
