App not working

My app automatically crashes like as soon as I open it. I tried deleting it and redownloading it but it still is crashing. I checked and the app is also up to date so I don’t know why it is still doing this. Any help??

i'm on version 24.4.1 and it is ok.
version 24.4.0 didn't work.
