If you would like to download your cases, you can export them in CSV format.
- Hover over Contact Support and choose Case Portal
- By default, you'll see your cases. Use Case View to adjust your view as needed
- Select Export to CSV to get a download of your case history
- Once you export, you can sort and filter your cases in your preferred spreadsheet software.
