Technical Contacts can log into the PowerSchool Community, navigate to the Customer Connect tab then select Services to contact your assigned Project Manager to discuss the best way to fast track the project. They’ll provide guidance and inform you of the project’s completion deadline. You can find the deadline information by navigating to Customer Connect then Services and select Implementation.

If your Project Manager is unresponsive, You can use the PowerSchool Assistant to reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM). This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team
