I applied to BPS and got an email that synchronization was unsuccessful?

 Hello,

 

I got the following email after attempting to apply. 

 

"We regret to inform you that the synchronization of your submitted applications to Boston Public Schools was unsuccessful.

You can go to the Application Status page and retry."

 

This was after I had already recieved an email that my application was submitted. However, my application is not appearing in Schoolspring under submissions.
