I am currently residing in the Philippines. I cannot continue with my application since parts of it needs SSN or that I should choose from a state which I am not residing yet for now. Should I just use my Tax no. for SSN for now? and should I choose the state where I am applying for now? to be able to continue with my application? Thank you
