I have had a School Spring account for almost 20 years. I have not accessed my account for at least 10 years maybe more. I had a lot of trouble logging in. I finally signed in, but all of my information/resume/recommendation letters/school experience/ect.... are all missing. I can't figure out how to transfer any of that data. Every link/article on this page has not been helpful at all. Can anyone help me get all my old information back without having to go through and enter it again?
