ATE : Trying to create an account for the first time, but it says an existing account exists.

While creating a new applicant account, if you are getting an error saying account already exists, then it means that the system is indicating there is already an account with the same unique identifier being used. Please do the following checks to rectify the issue.

 

1. Try and do an Account Recovery to see if you can locate that account using possible emails you might have used.

2. Please make sure you are using the correct unique identifier/SSN as required while creating the account.

3. Please do not use random numbers for the unique identifier as this would not allow 

 

If you are still unable to create an account, please reach out Support for further assistance.
