New Features:

 

  • Account Locking due to Failed Login Attempts: To add an extra layer of protection against spamming attempts, Permission Click user accounts would be locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. Once a user account has been locked, the user can either use “Forgot Password” to reset heir password or wait 60 minutes for their account to be unlocked. For details, please refer to the knowledge article.
  • Share Response Approver Comments with Respondent: For Response Workflow, comments added by the approver during the approval/rejection process would be shared with the respondent.
  • Changes to Report Generation Modal: When user creates a report, a new modal will notify the user of the report status. The modal would provide “Refresh” button to fetch the latest status. Once the report is generated, the Refresh button would be replaced with the Download button.  If user chooses to close the modal, they would still be able to access the report via the “Report Requests” Tab.

Enhancements:

  • Users when visiting their org’s SafePay Payment Collection panel, will be notified of any missing information required by Stripe.

Bug Fixes:

 

  • Fix for school users receiving multiple notifications for a response. 
  • Fix for Missing values for tickets while previewing the form. 
  • Database correction to reflect org change for a particular student.
  • Some Districts were not able to access Reporting Dashboard. Version correction for URL has been deployed.
