Bug Fixes

Bug Description
Admin - Document Approval Workflow

When users created a form utilizing the document workflow template and submitted for approval and approver rejected it multiple times, the Approval History tab appeared blank and the navigation buttons were greyed out on the document approval screen. This is now resolved.

Admin - Form Submission

When an administrator created and published a form to the staff form library, users who logged in and accessed the staff form library experienced an issue. Specifically, upon selecting the form to submit a response, if they attempted to submit a second response by clicking the same form again, the system failed to respond appropriately. Instead, it displayed an indefinite loading spinner and subsequently redirected to the initial page, effectively restricting submissions to a single response. This issue has now been resolved.

Admin - Reporting

When the administrator generated reports, some timed out intermittently while others generated as expected. This inconsistency of reports failing to generate sporadically is now resolved.

Responder - Form Response Submission Email

When responders submitted form responses, the configured school or district logo sometimes did not appear in the form response submission email sent to them. This issue is resolved, and the logo now displays correctly in form submission email notifications.

Responders - Form Response

When administrators configured the Questions for Supervisors on a form template to be visible to respondents, formatting like line breaks and spacing did not appear correctly in submitted form responses. This issue is resolved, and Questions for Supervisors now display in form responses same as they are configured on a form.
