We’re excited to announce that the Permission Click 26.2.0.0 release is targeted for deployment on 02/19/2026. A separate communication will be posted once the release is deployed.
| Bug | Description |
| Admin - Form Manager | When a district administrator accesses the Form Manager settings and allow edits to the response, an additional version of the response is created upon modification. Consequently, when two response versions exist for a form, the initial version will not be accessible in the Form Manager, and administrator keeps seeing an endless spinning wheel. This issue has now been resolved. |
| Admin - Form Manager - Dashboard | Previously, the dashboard within form manager displayed approval count incorrectly. This was evident with forms using the yes/consent feature, where the certain users such as principal's response notification appeared like an approval. This caused confusion among staff, as these responses should have been categorized as approved. This issue is now resolved. |
| Admin - One Roster |
Intermittently, in rare cases, the One Roster file failed to synchronize correctly. This issue has been resolved. |
| Admin - Response Notification | Previously, When a district user created a form and enabled Response Notifications in Form Settings, the user did not receive a response notification when a responder uses a school link to submit a response instead of district link. This issue is now resolved. |
