We’re excited to announce that the Permission Click 25.11.0.0 release is targeted for deployment on 11/6/2025. A separate communication will be posted once the release is deployed.

Bug Fixes

Bug	Description
Admin - Cancel Response	Previously, when the administrator attempted to cancel the form response using the form manager, they encountered an endless spinning wheel, and the cancellation failed with an error. This issue is now resolved.
Admin - Deposit Report	Rarely, when the admin fetched the deposit report, deposits for certain dates were missing due to internal exceptions. This issue has been resolved. Note that this fix will prevent only future occurrences of this issue.
Admin - Form Response Approval	Previously, when an administrator user attempted to access My Approvals, some responses occasionally got stuck in the pending approval state in the approval tab, even after approval. This issue is now resolved. Note: The fix will prevent future responses from entering this state. However, resolving the existing responses will require an update to the data.
Admin - Form Templates	Previously, when the administrator typed a question in the dropdown element of the template editor, it did not always save. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Report Generation	Previously, on rare occasions, an administrator user clicking “Generate” for specific reports encountered an error screen with the message stating, “An error has been encountered generating this report. Please try again. If the error persists, contact support”. This issue is now resolved.
Admin - Response List Reports	Previously, when an administrator viewed the report for forms with Yes/No conditionals and dropdown questions, if a responder selected one option, cleared it, and then selected a second option - such as choosing "Yes" first and then "No"- the response list report previously displayed the value for the unselected branch along with the selected branch answer. This issue is now resolved, and administrators will no longer see unselected branch answers in response list reports.
Admin - Roster Students	Earlier, when the admin rostered a student, some students may have been added multiple times due to an internal error. This issue is now resolved.
Event Organizer - Form Response Approval	Previously, event organisers with approver access to the district form could see approval options for district responses. When they attempted to approve, they encountered an error because the system did not permit them, as event organisers, to approve district-level responses. This inconsistency is now resolved; such approvers for district responses will be skipped, as they lack the appropriate access level to view or approve these responses.
