| Bug | Description |
| Admin - Active Directory |
Previously, an administrator at the District level was receiving response approvals for school-level forms that include an administrator approval group within the response workflow. This issue was attributed to the system in rare cases, erroneously permitting the creation of Administrator roles at the District level via Active Directory, despite the fact that such roles should not exist at the District level. This issue has now been resolved. |
| Admin - Approval Workflow |
An issue was identified wherein, upon an administrator accessing two forms incorporating the approval workflow, a rejected status erroneously appeared on the pending form until the page was refreshed. This behavior was attributed to the rejection message not being cleared during navigation. This issue has now been comprehensively resolved. |
| Admin - Financial Transaction Report |
In certain instances, manual payments submitted through specific forms were not appearing in the financial transactions report generated by administrators. This issue has now been resolved. Please note that this correction applies to all future reports. For previously affected reports, rectification requires contacting Permission Click support. |
| Admin - Form Manager |
Previously, administrators with access and visibility to a specific form were unable to view responses submitted within their organization in the form manager. Instead, they encountered a loading spinner and could only access the responses after refreshing the page. This issue has now been resolved. |
| Admin - Reports |
Occasionally, when administrators initiated a new report by selecting the master response list and submitting, the process would result in an indefinite loading state during report generation. This issue has now been resolved. Please note that this resolution applies to all future reports. Reports previously affected by this issue are not included. Kindly contact Permission Click support for assistance with previous reports experiencing this issue. |
| Admin - SIS Extract |
Previously, when an administrator selected "Run Now" on a SIS Extract Schedule for a form with the SIS Extract Schedule disabled, the toggle defaulted to enabled. Although the toggle initially appeared disabled, it displayed as enabled upon page refresh. This behavior inadvertently caused the SIS extract to run overnight. This issue has now been resolved. |
| Responder - Address Question |
Previously, when an address question type was included in a form, parents with a unit number in their address could locate it via the address lookup; however, upon selection, the unit number did not auto-populate. This issue has now been resolved. |
