Bug Fixes

Bug Description
Admin - Access and Visibility When admins set Access and Visibility rules in forms, individual names typically display correctly. However, sometimes an individual's name appears as "Undefined" in the Access and Visibility rules within Reports. This issue is now resolved.
Admin - Form Editor When an administrator uploads an image, such as a logo, in the text editor of the form information section with right alignment, it defaults to left alignment upon publishing. This issue is now resolved.
Admin - Reporting

When an administrator created a mandatory equation and expense questions, missing mandatory values did not appear in the report. However, when the report was downloaded as a PDF, the empty cell shifted and filled with the value from the cell below, causing a mismatch between the report and the PDF. This issue has been resolved.

Note that this fix applies only to future reports.

Admin - Response Workflow When a district admin creates a form with a yes/no question and adds a trigger to it using a conditional question in the response workflow, the system sends a notification when responder selects "yes" as expected. However, when responders select "no", which should not require approval or notification, the responses get stuck in pending approval. This issue is now resolved.

Enhancements

Enhancement Description
Legacy SIS Extract Performance Improvement Depending on the volume of data, the queries used to retrieve the data for the Legacy SIS Extract sometimes timed out. Indexes have been added to improve the performance of these queries and reduce the likelihood of the Legacy SIS Extract failing due to timeouts.
