Hello! This communication stated a separate communication would be posted when this release was deployed. I have not seen anything regarding this. Has this fix been deployed?

Yes. 25.6.1.1  release is already deployed, and the separate communication was published on 06/26/2025 announcing the completion of deployment. I'm adding a link to the communication below for reference.
