Bug | Description |
Admin - Document Approval |
Occasionally, after the administrator completed all form approval steps, the form remained stuck in pending document approval. This issue has now been resolved.
Note: This fix prevents forms from entering this state moving forward. It will not affect any existing forms. |
Admin - Form Approval | Previously, when an admin created a form based on a template with document workflow approval, the "Submit for Approval" button sometimes did not appear, leaving only the option to publish the form. However, publishing still sent the form through the document workflow process. This issue is now resolved, ensuring the "Submit for Approval" button displays correctly. |
Admin - Form Import | Occasionally, if the form included a ticket item, it could not be imported successfully, resulting in an error. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Form Information | When the admin added a hyperlink to the form information field, it appeared in the template editor. However, after publishing, the URL in the hyperlink did not show and defaulted to null, making it unclickable in the response and form details. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Reports | In rare instances, when an administrator attempts to generate a deposit report, the specific dates appear blank. This issue is now resolved. |
Responder - Form Response Questions | Previously, in certain cases, responders could submit a response with blank mandatory equation and expense fields. This issue is now resolved. If a field is required, responders cannot submit the response without a value in that field. |
Responder - Form Responses | When an administrator creates a custom form and uploads a multi-page PDF in the "files" section of the form editor, and then publishes the form, a responder, such as a parent, accessing the public link and clicking on the PDF will find it opens zoomed in, causing the arrow keys at the bottom to be hidden. This issue is now resolved. |
