We’re excited to announce that the Permission Click 25.10.0.0 release is targeted for deployment on 10/2/2025. A separate communication will be posted once the release is deployed.
Enhancement | Description |
Admin - Response Workflow | With this improvement, when a user, such as a teacher, is granted permission to respond to a workflow for any form, but does not have permission to view responses in the access and visibility settings, they can review the response by clicking the review response button in the email notification they received. |
Bug | Description |
Admin - Archive Forms | Previously, when administrators tried to archive forms created by users who are no longer active in the school, clicking "archive" had no effect, and the forms remained unarchived. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Edit Forms | Previously, when an admin navigated to Form Manager > Manage Responses and selected a form response for editing, they saw a button labelled "Save and Send". This label was misleading, as the button only saved the form without sending it. The button text has now changed to "Save" to accurately reflect its function. To send the email to the new address, save the form and then click "Send" on the Form Manager page. |
Admin - Form Builder | When the administrator entered the name of the paid ticket field and it contained Ampersand characters (&), it displayed as an internal code (&) instead of &. This issue has been resolved. |
Admin - Form Translation | In rare instances, the form content did not get translated due to an internal error. This issue has been resolved. |
Admin - Print Form | When an administrator attempted to print a form using the actions menu in the form manager, they could not print the form if it contained a .png file. This issue has been resolved. |
Parent - Published Form | When the administrator created and published a form with the ampersand character in the header, it appeared correctly in the preview but displayed code in the published form instead. This issue has been resolved. |
