Solution

• From the login page, click on the Forgot Password link.
• Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Submit.”
• You will see a confirmation message as seen below.
• Find the password reset email in your inbox. If you don’t find the email, make sure to check your spam folder.
• Click on the “Reset my password” button.
• Fill out all the required fields and click “Reset.”
• You have now reset your password.
