This article will help you understand how to use the Contact History Report.

- Reports Tab:
Report Builder has many options to view data. Under the center column "Individual" select "Contact History" to view data by ID Number, Phone, or Email and options to filter the data. -
Contact History:
Three options to search:
ID Number
Phone
Email
Enter search information in the "Search Value" field (ID if the selection is ID Number, 10-digit phone number if select is Phone, email address if the selection is Email).
Select Filter By options:
Date Options (two choices):
1. Last X Days
Enter No. of days to search (30 default)
2. Search Date Range (inclusive)
Select "From date" and "To date."
Continue Filter Options (optional):
Broadcast Type
Results
Select Report Options
Select "View Report

Search Parameters:
Report Example: Phone and 365 days. No other filters selected. -
Search Results:
Options selected in Contact History create Search Results. -
ID# | First Name | Last Name:
Select the link under ID# | First Name | Last Name and review:Display Options
