Results by message type:

The pie charts give you more information regarding each message type (phone, email, and/or SMS text message) and the results of each.  These pie charts are clickable to obtain granular detail.

Phone Details:

Telephone messages get a chart of their own to explain what happened with your phone calls. Each blue link can be clicked to see only the numbers included in each result. The bar graph gives you numeric totals for each possible result. Note that not every result will appear in each broadcast.

Here you can select which additional fields will be included in the detailed report, should you choose to download it. Note that many useful fields will already be included in the report, and these only need to be selected if you need additional details.

While it is not required that you download the report, opening it in a CSV file, for example, can help you sort through your data quickly. The report can be downloaded either in CSV (Microsoft Excel) format or as a PDF file.

Note: This is an example of a telephone call, but the report will be similar to email or SMS texts.

Here we see details for each, and every phone call made as part of this broadcast. The unique information starts about halfway through the line.

You'll see the Recipient name, the number we dialed to reach them, how many attempts it took to get the result (typically a maximum of three attempts will be made on the phone), the exact date and time that result took place, and what that result turned out to be.
