The pie charts give you more information regarding each message type (phone, email, and/or SMS text message) and the results of each. These pie charts are clickable to obtain granular detail.

While it is not required that you download the report, opening it in a CSV file, for example, can help you sort through your data quickly. The report can be downloaded either in CSV (Microsoft Excel) format or as a PDF file.

Here we see details for each, and every phone call made as part of this broadcast. The unique information starts about halfway through the line.
You'll see the Recipient name, the number we dialed to reach them, how many attempts it took to get the result (typically a maximum of three attempts will be made on the phone), the exact date and time that result took place, and what that result turned out to be.
