Adding app moderators to the Custom app

App moderators have access to the builder platform who can modify or monitor their school's custom mobile app. To add a moderator to a school's custom app, kindly follow the below steps:

1. Open Manage Application Settings.

2. Select Add a Moderator.

3. Enter the moderator’s details:

   • Email: paste the verified email address.

   • Name: enter the display name (prefer lowercase, no spaces).

4. Submit to send the invitation. The moderator will receive an email with access instructions and login details.

5. Repeat steps 2–4 to add additional moderators.

Notes

• Only PS employees who have admin access to the app builder platform can add moderators to a school's custom app.

• Use verified email IDs to ensure successful delivery of invitations.

• Recommended name format: all lowercase, no spaces (for consistency).

• If an invitation is not received, check spam/junk folders and verify the entered email address before resending.
