School Messenger is not syncing students

School Messenger is not syncing with PowerSchool. I don’t see the newly enrolled students in School Messenger.

We're in the same boat. It looks like no one is responding. Has anyone found a solution yet?

I called School Messenger help and they set up a new key and it is working now.
