Is there an option to allow or disallow a user to change the targets of an email.
Normally
Secretary selects students in PowerSchool
Clicks on School Messenger
Students chosen and their guardian contacts are selected to receive the message.
Secretary clicks on Targets - Contacts and Guardians
Changes to only guardians
Sends email to guardians
Now the drop-down box is no longer visible, so the secretary can not deselect the student email address and has to send it to both.
Is there an option to allow this somewhere? Her account is a USER account.
I can still see the drop-down box and deselect students or guardians, my user is SUPER ADMINISTRATOR
