Hello! My colleague and I attended this session and had asked about a solution for enrollment communications either getting lost in spam or not sending at all. Upon reviewing the document y'all shared with our tech department, it seems that that is not a viable solution. I would love to hear if there is any other information available to fix this issue?

We seem to have the same problem of the email going to SPAM even though they receive other emails from PowerSchool. I am wondering if it is a combination of parents accidentally reporting as SPAM or the settings in the parent's email.

I go back to the Infosnap days with Enrollment.  Gmail used to deliver the first snapcode email, but send any sibling snapcode emails to SPAM. I don't recall any recent reports of that occurring lately.
