Summary

PowerSchool's Technical Solutions Group (TSG) is pleased to offer our services to migrate your PowerSchool-Hosted Environment to a self-hosted PowerSchool instance.  The information found on this page is intended to assist clients who currently utilize the PowerSchool-Hosting Services and wish to plan for and schedule the transfer of their data to a self-hosted environment.   

Five Easy Steps to Request the migration of your data from PowerSchool-Hosted to Self-Hosted.

Review the An Introduction to TSG to learn more about the group providing this service to you.

  1. Review the PowerSchool-Hosted to Self-Hosted Fee Structure and Policies to determine how much the service will cost.
  2. Submit your purchase order to TSG by faxing it to 916.288.1590 with the Description, PowerSchool-Hosted to Self-Hosted Migration Request.
  3. Review the minimum system requirements for a PowerSchool server to ensure that your environment is supported.
  4. Review the PowerSchool-Hosted to Self-Hosted Migration FAQ's.
  5. Complete the Server Migration (PowerSchool-Hosted to Self-Hosted) Request.

Note: You must be registered as a technical contact in order to submit the online request.

Note: By submitting the PowerSchool Server Migration Request, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the conditions within the PowerSchool Server Migration Statement of Work provided below.

Once your request has been processed, a Migration Specialist will be assigned to your account. They will contact you within 1 business day to introduce themselves and verify the assignment.    A separate email will be sent to you confirming the dates you requested for your service.
