An Introduction to TSG

The Technical Solutions Group (" TSG") is tasked with the responsibility of assisting PowerSchool customers with the completion of technical needs as they relate to the deployment of PowerSchool software and its related resources. These activities typically consist of the installation of, or migration to, PowerSchool for production and testing/training instances, the configuration of hardware for the PowerSchool environment, or the population of data to instances of PowerSchool, but often may include custom or ad hoc requests by customers according to their unique circumstances. As such, TSG serves customers during the implementation to PowerSchool and throughout their continued use of PowerSchool as a PowerSchool Group, LLC customer.

 

TSG is staffed with Technical Project Managers dedicated solely to the timely and successful completion of requests for technical assistance from their customers. Each Technical Project Manager brings to bear a vast skillset to every technical service or solution request, including best practices crafted by the successful completion of hundreds of similar tasks, formal project management methodologies, as well as their own technical skills to ensure that each technical need is completed with a superior level of efficiency, accuracy and quality.

 

TSG staff are distributed across four time zones spanning the entire length of the United States, thereby allowing for extended hours of operation and the flexibility to meet the time constraints of its customers no matter their location or circumstances. The Technical Solutions Group is ever evolving in its staffing level to ensure a continuing commitment to stated Service Level Agreements while meeting increasing customer demand for its services.
