Availability
Standard hours of TSG operations are Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time excluding US holidays.
- Extended hours of TSG operations specifically for enhanced support for EMS clients are 24 hours/day 7 days a week excluding PowerSchool holidays unless otherwise specified or negotiated.
- TSG endeavors to respond to all inquiries, needs, escalations, or solicitations from clients within no later than one (1) hour of receipt during the hours and under the terms indicated above.
Note: Pre-scheduled off-hour or holiday support may be available at an additional cost
