this app is absolute trash

there is no usability to this app. Resetting your password should be easy and not keeping you permanently locked out and that is NOT REAL CONVENIENT IN THE SUMMER WHEN I NEED TO PRINT A REPORT CARD. 

Find a better way to reset passwords without completely locking you out of this absolute dumpster fire of an app.

Whoever designed this website/app should be fired.

I'm having a basic issue that i haven't seen here and it seems like most posts go unanswered so i thought i'd try your post. I can't even log in to the system on my android. I know my user name and password and that works fine on the web site but the app doesn't have any login button. so after i enter the credentials it's not clear how to login from there. am i stuipd?

so.. it turns out there is no button on the app to login. you are supposed to use the enter key on the phone keyboard to complete login. really "great" design.
